Ronald Simcheck

August 20, 1933 - October 24, 2015

Age 82, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the Linden Square Assisted Living Center in Saline. He was born August 20, 1933 in Harlem, New York, the son of Albert and Emma (Thomas) Simcheck. On April 23, 1955 in Detroit, MI he married Irene H. Nagy and she survives. As one of the most likeable people on earth; Ron provided for his family through a successful career in sales. In 1976 Ron and Irene built a house and moved from Westland to Saline. When he was young; he was a mason by trade and with that background; he was very skilled and happy to help on home improvement projects with family. He enjoyed being with his wife, playing golf, reading and doing crossword puzzles. We miss him dearly. In addition to his wife, other survivors include his sons, Cal (the late Lynne) and Shawn (Diane), grandchildren Lucas, Lindsey and Stephanie, his siblings, Albert (Nancy), Prudence (Richard), Deborah (Dave), and Kim (Donald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ron was preceded in death by his parents. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
