Steven Michael Anderson, age 77, regretfully left the loving arms of his family on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones and he was at peace. He was born in Rockford, IL and graduated West High School. After graduation he joined the Marines where he received the training which would be the basis for his successful life. He retired from Ingersoll Milling Machine. Steven leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Carolyn (Barron), three children Michael Anderson, Heather Scruggs, and Mark Anderson and grandchild Melissa Scruggs. He is also leaving behind three sisters and their families and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held privately.
