Wilma Aileen Caskey, 84, of Ann Arbor, Michigan passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 in the very early morning hours. She passed peacefully at the University of Michigan Hospital after a very brief time with COVID19 which caused complications to CHF. Aileen grew up and went to school in Hillsdale, MI before marrying Tom Caskey, also from Hillsdale. She became a highly skilled Billing Specialist at both the Albion Community Hospital and Huron Ophthalmology in Ann Arbor while raising 4 children. She was a talented artist enjoying oil painting, floral design, landscaping and crochet. Aileen, was preceded in death by husband Thomas M. Caskey, infant daughter, Alynda Jo Caskey, her parents, Ernest and Nellie Lambright of Hillsdale, MI., her brothers, Robert and Norman and sister, Maxine. Surviving are her sister, Carol Jean (Dwight) Bergman of Monclova, OH. Carol loved her dearly and always will. Also surviving are her son, Greg (Lynne) Caskey of Holland, MI, daughters Karen May (Dennis) of Ann Arbor, Janet (John) Manthei, Layne Caskey of Saline, MI. along with grandchildren Derek May, Jamie (Keith) Noblett and Michael (Andrea) Caskey, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and five great grandchildren. Aileen chose cremation with no service. Memorial contributions can be made to the Michigan Humane Society.
